the hotel lobby has a cool design with comfortable seating areas. refreshments include lemon water and pastries. breakfast offered many choices i liked. the location felt central yet still quiet.
my room did not have a refrigerator, i felt it's a feature i need for my medications.

the room had loccitane toiletries, a nice touch. the breakfast offered a wide selection of tasty options!!!
the room i was first given felt a little too small for me. also, waiting 15 minutes for hot water each day was inconvenient. i found the lack of a fridge in the room difficult because i needed to keep my medication cold.

The check-in process included generous information about the amenities. They also gave us information about the area. Breakfast was excellent, especially the gluten-free options. I thank the whole team involved in the breakfast service.
The room was quite small. There was noise from adjacent rooms. I also noticed mold in the bathroom.

the staff assisted with directions , and recommendations. they provided quick responses to my needs. fresh orange juice was available at breakfast , a nice touch.
my room was quite small , limiting movement. the equipment was worn , with some damage evident. other hotels offer better quality at the same price point , i think.
